摘　　要：目的探讨美宝疤痕软膏在增殖性瘢痕治疗中的疗效。方法对30例增殖性瘢痕患者规范应用美宝疤痕软膏治疗,四肢瘢痕在用药同时配合弹力绷带加压包扎,观察治疗效果。结果本组患者治愈18例,显效10例,有效2例,总治愈率为60%,有效率为100%。结论美宝疤痕软膏可以软化瘢痕、淡化色素沉着、缓解瘢痕不适症状,对增殖性瘢痕疗效显著,值得广泛推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effects of MEBO Scar Ointment in treating hyperplastic scars. Methods Thirty patients with hyperplastic scars were treated with MEBO Scar Ointment in a standard way combining with pressure dressing using elastic bandage, and the curative effects was observed. Results Of the 30 patients, 18 cases were cured, 10 cases showed obvious effectiveness, and the other two cases showed moderate effectiveness, with a total cure rate being 60% and a effective rate 100%. Conclusion MEBO Scar Ointment can soften scar, lighten hyperpigmentation and relieve uncomfortable symptoms of scarring, which is significantly effective in treating hyperplastic scars, deserving to be promoted and applied widely in clinic.
