湿润烧伤膏治疗1例肛门直肠损伤的临床体会

摘　　要：目的观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗肛门直肠损伤的临床疗效。方法 1例肛门直肠损伤患者在急诊清创术后涂抹湿润烧伤膏治疗,每日换药1次,观察疗效。结果肛门直肠损伤创面经湿润烧伤膏换药治疗,伤口痊愈,愈合效果理想。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗肛门直肠损伤效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of MEBO in treating the anal-rectal injury. Methods One patient with anal-rectal injury was treated with MEBO after an emergency debridement. Dressing was changed once per day and the curative effect was observed. Results After the dressing change treatment of MEBO, the anal-rectal injury got ideal healing. Conclusion MEBO can realize significant curative effect in the treatment of anal-rectal injury.
