摘　　要：目的探讨Sihler’s肌内神经染色法再改良在中腔器官染色中的应用。方法使用再改良的Sihler’s肌内神经染色法整体染色人的食管、胃、膀胱。结果各器官染色后,不需要剪开器官,支配食管、胃、膀胱的神经在器官壁内清晰可见,神经的分支以及分支间的联系可见。结论 Sihler’s肌内神经染色法不仅适用于骨骼肌肌内神经染色,也适用于平滑肌,只要处理得当较大的器官不剪开的情况下也适用。Objective To investigate the application of the re-modified Sihler＇ s nerve staining technique in tubular viscus. Methods Using the modified Sihler＇ s nerve staining technique to stain the whole esophagus, stomach and bladder of human. Results Innervations of the esophagus, stomach, and bladder were clearly visible, small nerve branches and branch contact were visible without cutting the organs after staining. Conclusion Sihler＇ s nerve staining technique is not only suitable for staining intramuscular nerves of skeletal muscle, but also suitable for smooth muscle. And it is also suitable for larger organs if this technique were handled properly.
