摘　　要：取镇肝熄风汤镇肝熄风,滋阴潜阳之功治疗以肝肾阴虚,脑窍失养,清阳被扰之眩晕,疗效满意。加减后,每方必有龙骨、葛根、酸枣仁,使肝风得熄,肝肾之阴得滋,清阳得升,心神得安,眩晕得止。Zhengan Xifeng decoction of stopping endogenous wind, nourishing yin to suppress yang showed good effect on vertigo with hepatic and renal yin deficiency, nourishment insufficiency for brain, harassment of lucid yang. After modification, through using decoctions including fossilia ossis mastoid, kudzuvine root, spine date seed, hepatic wind can be extinguished, yin of liver and kidney can be nourished, lucid yang can be ascended, heart-spirit can be tranquilized, and thus vertigo was cured.
