胃疡宁丸止血作用及其机制实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究胃疡宁丸的止血作用及其作用机制。方法 :观察胃疡宁丸对新西兰兔肝出血时间、胃出血时间及小鼠凝血时间的影响,并测定其对大鼠血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量、白陶土部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)的影响。结果 :胃疡宁丸能够缩短新西兰兔肝出血时间、胃出血时间及小鼠凝血时间;能升高大鼠血浆FIB含量,并能缩短APTT。结论 :胃疡宁丸能缩短出血时间及凝血时间,具有明显的止血作用,其止血的机制可能与其能增加纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量、缩短白陶土部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、促进凝血过程中凝血活酶的生成有关。Objective： To study the hemostatic effect of Weiyangning Pill and to explore its mechanism. Methods： Weiyangning Pill＇s hemostatic effect to rabbit liver and stomach bleeding time as well as the clotting time of mice was observed, and the content of fibrinogen （ FIB ） and activated partial thormboplastin time （ APTT ） were measured by kits. Results ： Weiyangning Pill markedly reduced the bleeding time and clotting time of rabbit and mice, and it could enhance the content of fibrinogen （ FIB ） and shorten activated partial thormboplastin time （ APTT ）. Conclusion ： Weiyangning Pill could reduce the bleeding time and clotting time, and has a good effect of stop bleeding, which is related to the enhance of the content of FIB and to the reduce of APTT.
