益肾康颗粒对糖尿病肾病大鼠模型尿微量白蛋白及肾脏病理形态的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究益肾康颗粒对糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Nephropathy,DN)大鼠模型尿微量白蛋白(MA)及肾脏病理形态的影响,并观察不同浓度益肾康颗粒对糖尿病肾病的治疗作用。方法 :SPF级SD雄性大鼠120只,随机选取108只大鼠,采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)53 mg/kg诱导大鼠糖尿病肾病模型,成膜后随机分为模型组、中药高、中、低剂量组及西药组。8周末取尿测定尿微量白蛋白;8周末大鼠麻醉后摘取左肾从中切开,置10%福尔马林中固定,制作光镜标本。结果 :光镜下观察中药组、西药组肾小球形态、大小、系膜基质较模型对照组损伤轻微且中药组优于西药组;尿微量白蛋白测定中药高、中、低剂量组及西药组与模型对照组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :中药益肾康颗粒及西药雷米普利对早期糖尿病肾病均具有明显的治疗作用且中药组优于西药组。Objective ： To study the effect of Yishenkang Granules on microalbuminuria （ MA ） and kidney pathological change of diabetic nephropathy （ DN ） rats, and the therapeutic effect of Yishenkang Granules at different concentrations. Methods：SPF SD male rats, among 120,108 rats were randomly selected, bacteria element （ Streptozotocin, STZ ） 53 mg/kg was for inducing diabetic nephropathy rats model by abdominal cavity injection. Then they were randomly divided into model group, Chinese medicine of high, middle, 10w dose groups and western medicine group. At eighth weekend, microalbuminuria in urine was tested. The left kidney was taken out and put in 10% formalin, making lens specimen, tiesults ： The glomerular morphology, size, mesangial matrix in observed group of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine group were slightly damaged compared with those in model control group and Chinese traditional medicine group was superior to western medicine group. The microalbuminuria determination of traditional Chinese medicine high, middle, low dose grousp and western medicine group and model group had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Yishenkang particles and ramipril both have obvious therapeutic effect on early diabetic nephropathy and the effect is better than that of western medicine group.
