摘　　要：岭南学派根据病毒性心肌炎本虚标实、虚实夹杂的病机特点,提出了补"虚"以治本、祛"毒"以治标的基本治则;并根据岭南人体质,治疗多从"湿""痰"论治;依据"痰瘀相关"学说,提出了"豁痰亦能达到活血之效"等医论。According to the pathogenesis characteristics of viral myocarditis that asthenia in origin and solid in superficiality, deficiency-excess complication, south of the Five Ridges school puts forward the basic therapeutic principle that tonifying the asthenia to affect a permanent cure, removing poison to take temporary solution.According to the south of the Five Ridges constitution, it attaches importance to damp and phlegm treatment. On the basis of the correlation of phlegm and stasis theory, it puts forward eliminating phlegm also can achieve the effect of promoting blood circulation theory and so on.
