摘 要:我国古代就有"苦能制甜"之说,即应用苦味药物治疗糖尿病的记载,而且临床也已证实苦味中药确实有很好的降糖作用,但对于其具体的降糖机制尚不十分清楚。近来苦味受体基因理论不断受到医学者的关注,肠道苦味信号传递的转导通路也成为国内外研究的热点。糖尿病早期多阴虚燥热,苦味中药苦寒燥湿,推测其降糖作用可能是苦味中药通过味觉受体调节肠道内分泌实现,有可能存在类肠促胰岛素样效应。该文就苦味受体基因理论、苦味药的临床应用及药理作用做如下探讨,并对今后的研究方向进行展望。There is a saying that bitterness restricts sweet in ancient, and bitter drugs have confirmed very good hypoglycemic effect on diabetes, but their specific hypoglycemie mechanism is not very clear. Recently, the bitter taste receptor gene theory has been under constant medical attention, and intestinal bitter signaling transduetion pathways have become the research hotspot at home and abroad.Diabetes in early stage often has Yin deficiency.Bitter herbs can dry dampness, and it is speculated that its hypoglyeemic effect may be regulating intestinal endocrine by taste receptors ; it is possible to promote insulin-like effect.In this paper, we will discuss the theory of bitter taste receptor gene, the clinical application and pharmacologieal effects of bitter medicine, looking forward to the future research direction.
