加味参附汤联合西药治疗缓慢性心律失常临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味参附汤联合西药治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法 :选择92例缓慢性心律失常病人,将其随机分为观察组54例和对照组38例。观察组予加味参附汤联合西药治疗,对照组予阿托品治疗。结果 :两组治疗前后动态心电图比较,观察组明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者临床疗效比较,观察组总有效率为92.59%,对照组总有效率为71.05%,观察组优于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 :加味参附汤联合西医治疗缓慢心律失常疗效显著。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenfu Decoction combined with Weslern medicine in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia. Method ： 92 cases of bradyarrhythmia were selected and randomly divided into trial group with 54 cases and control group with 38 cases. The trial group was treated with Shenfu Decoction combined with Western medicine, and the control group with atropine oral therapy. Results ： For the dynamic ECG in two groups before and after treatment, the observation group was better than the control group with significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. The observation group＇s total effective rate was 92.59%, and the control group＇s total effective rate was 71.05%. There was a significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Shenfu Decoction combined with Western medicine has obvious effect on treating bradyarrhythmia.
