红外光联合中药治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察宫颈糜烂合并HPV病毒感染妇女经过红外光联合中药治疗前后宫颈的愈合及HPV病毒的炎症情况。方法 :对2005年3月—2010年8月在我院门诊经过症状、体征、辅助检查确诊为宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的妇女进行红外光治疗后加用中药口服,来观察患者宫颈治疗前后糜烂面的变化情况及HPV病毒的消灭情况。结果 :表明此种治疗方法对宫颈糜烂及HPV感染二者都是有效的。结论 :红外光联合逍遥散加减治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染即可治愈宫颈局部炎症,又可治疗HPV感染,降低宫颈癌的发生,为确实可行的治疗方法。Objective：To observe the healing cervical erosion with HPV virus infection in women after treated with infrared light combined with traditional Chinese medicine and observe the HPV virus inflammation. Methods ： Patients from March 2005 - August 2010 in our hospital with symptoms, signs, auxiliary examination confirmed as the cervical erosion with HPV infection were treated with infrared light therapy combined with Chinese herbal medic, ine, observing patients before and after treatment of cervical erosion surface changes and the HPV virus. Results ： It demonstrated that this method of treatment was effective for cervical erosion and infection of HPV. Conclusion ： Infrared light combined with Xiaoyao Powder in treating cervical erosion with HPV infection can treat cervical local inflammation as well as HPV infection and reduce the incidence of cervical cancer, which is an effective method.
