益肾调肝方治疗特发性高催乳素血症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨益肾调肝方治疗特发性高催乳素血症的临床疗效。方法 :将87名患者随机分为治疗组(益肾调肝方)47例、对照组(溴隐亭)40例,观察血催乳素值变化、症状改善情况。结果 :临床疗效评价治疗组总有效率为89.36%,对照组为90%,统计学分析P>0.05,无明显统计学意义,而中医症候疗效评价分析治疗痊愈率为74.47%,对照组为50%,统计学分析P<0.05,提示治疗组在改善症状方面具有一定优势。结论 :益肾调肝方治疗特发性高催乳素血症具有较好的临床疗效。Objective ： To explore the clinical efficacy of Yishen Tiaogan Decoction on treating idiopathic hyperprolactinemia. Methods： 87 patients consistent with diagnostic code were randomly divided into two groups,47 cases in the treatment group （ Yishen Tiaogan Decoction ）,40 cases in the control group （ bromocriptine ）, prolactin images changes and cardinal symptoms improving were compared. Result： The effective power of the treatment group was 89.36%, and of the control group was 90%, P〉0.05. There was no obvious statistical significance in the two groups. But the effective power of the treatment group was 74.47%, and the control group was 50%, P〈0.05. There was obvious statistical significance in the two groups. The treatment group was better than the control group on improving cardinal symptoms. Conclusion： Yishen Tiaogan Decoction is effective on treating idiopathic hyperprolactinemia.
