摘　　要：目的:观察心理护理在瘫痪病人焦虑缓解过程中的作用。方法 :通过对住院50名瘫痪病人在不同的心理的阶段进行有效的心理护理,采取行为理解、谦让、生活照顾、心理引导、心理暗示、安抚等护理手段,以解除病人的思想顾虑,配合治疗,树立生活信心。结果 :治疗前后瑞文焦虑心理测试P<0.05,具有显著意义。结论 :有效的心理护理对瘫痪患者的焦虑康复具有确切治疗作用。Objective：To observe the function of psychological nursing in paralysis patients＇ anxiety process. Methods ： 50 paralyzed patients at hospital in different psychological stages carried on the effective psychological nursing, taking behavior understanding, courtesy, life care, psychological guidance, and psychological suggestion as comfort nursing means, in order to remove the patients＇ thought concerns and cooperating with treatment to set up their confidence. Results ： Before and after treatment, Raven anxiety psychological test had the significant significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion ： The effective psychological nursing on patients with paralysis of the anxiety rehabilitation has exact therapeutic action.
