摘　　要：根据椎动脉型颈椎病的病损特点和发病原因,结合中西医治疗颈椎病。护理上通过生活护理、牵引护理、情志护理、理疗护理和功能锻炼指导促进患者康复。在家庭保健上重视科普知识宣传,提高防病意识,增强治疗信心,掌握科学的康复方法,防止复发和加重。According to the characteristics and causes of lesions of the cervical spondylosis, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of cervical was applied. Through life nursing care, traction care, emotional care, physical therapy care and functional exercise, it is to promote the rehabilitation of patients. The scientific knowledge in family health care should be emphasized to improve disease prevention, enhance the confidence of treatment, master the scientific methods of rehabilitation and prevent recurrence and aggravation.
