摘  要:目的:优选黄连紫草膏的成型工艺。方法:以阿魏酸、小檗碱及黄柏碱释药速率的综合评分为指标,采用HPLC测定指标成分含量,选取羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)、甘油、丙二醇及氮酮用量为考察因素,通过正交试验和体外释药性考察,筛选黄连紫草膏的最佳配方。结果:最佳配方为CMC-Na 4%,甘油8%,丙二醇6%,氮酮4%。结论:优选的成型工艺稳定性良好,影响体外释药的主要因素为基质用量,其次为甘油、丙二醇用量,而氮酮的影响较小。Objective: To optimize forming technology of Huanglian Zicao ointments by orthogonal test. Method: With release rate of ferulic acid,berberine and phellodendrine as comprehensive evaluation index,the content of indicators ingredients was determined by HPLC,the amount of CMC-Na,glycerol,propylene glycol and azone were selected as factors,prescription of Huanglian Zicao ointments was investigated by orthogonal test and in vitro release properties test. Result: The best formula was as following:CMC-Na 4%,glycerin 8%,propylene glycol 6%, azone4%. Conclusion: This optimized forming technology had good stability,the main factor of in vitro release was matrix dosage,followed by the dosage of glycerin and propylene glycol,and azone had less effect.
