摘 要:目的:建立黔产苗药石吊兰的HPLC指纹图谱,比较了贵州不同产地石吊兰的差异,为科学评价石吊兰的质量提供参考依据。方法:采用HPLC法,Agilent Zorbax SB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.05%磷酸水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长334 nm。结果:建立了黔产石吊兰药材的HPLC指纹图谱,并对12批样品的相似度进行了比较,标定了15个共有峰;贵州不同产地石吊兰的主成分组成基本相同,但各组分的含量有较大的差异。结论:所建立的方法简便,重复性良好,特征性强,可用于黔产石吊兰的HPLC指纹图谱测定,并可为其今后规范药材资源及质量评价提供科学依据。Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Lysionotus pauciflorus from Guizhou, and to compare the difference of L. pauciflorus, so as to provide scientific basis for quality evaluation of L. pauciflorus. Method: HPLC analysis was performed on a Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with the eluting system of gradient consisted of acetonitrile-0.05% H3PO4.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 334 nm. Result: The HPLC fingerprint was established and compared by 12 batch of samples similarity with 15 common peaks. The main composition of different origin samples is basically the same. But there is large difference between each component. Conclusion: This method is reliable and repeatable, it can be used to determine HPLC fingerprint in different origin L. pauciflorus from Guizhou. And it helps to regulate the quality of medical resources and provide scientific basis in the future.
