村域尺度条件下农户土地利用决策影响因素分析

摘　　要：以陕西省米脂县孟岔村为例,基于农户相关调查数据,建立地块种植作物相似度、相邻关系相似度、血缘关系相似度和社会经济条件相似度。在对各相似度分类的基础上,以地块种植作物相似度为因变量,其他三者为自变量进行逐步回归分析,结果表明:1)农户决策主要受到农户间社会经济条件相似程度的影响,但是当社会经济条件相似度大于0.75后,农户决策相似度反而降低;2)农户决策在一定距离范围内与相邻关系有关,随农户间居住位置距离的增加而下降,血缘关系表现出对农户决策的重要影响作用;3)血缘关系中,父子关系间决策的相似度易受居住位置距离的影响,兄弟关系并不受影响。4)农户间社会经济条件相差较大时,农户决策主要受相邻关系的影响。To understand the influence factors in the process of farmer＇s decision-making is helpful to make use of the agricultural land.This research took Mengcha village,which is located in Mizhi county of Shaanxi province,for example.Neighborhood,kinship and socio-economic conditions were selected to calculate neighborhood similarity（NBSLY）,kinship similarity（KSSLY） and socio-economic similarity（SESLY）.In parcel level,the planted crops were viewed as farmer＇s decision-making of last year to calculate parcel similarity（PCSLY）.Based on classification of PCSLY（Y）,NBSLY,KSSLY and SESLY,stepwise regression analysis was carried out.Results show：（1） farmer＇s land use decision-making is mainly influenced by socio-economic conditions,and with SESLY increase,PCSLY is increase from quick to slow.（2） Within a certain distance,the correlation between PCSLY and NBSLY decrease with NBSLY increases,and then,kinship will affect farmer＇s land use decision-making insignificantly.（3） In kinship between father and son,the farmer＇s land use decision-making is easy influenced by NBSLY,while brotherhood is not.（4） When the difference between farmers is larger in socio-economic conditions,farmer＇s land use decision-making is mainly influenced by NBSLY.
