摘  要:通过对设置隔盐层的绒毛白蜡造林地土壤水分、盐分、土壤脱盐率及其叶片光合参数进行跟踪观测及对其变化过程的分析,研究了隔盐层对滨海盐碱造林地改良效果的影响。结果表明:隔盐层可减缓土壤水分在遭遇暴雨或干旱时变化的剧烈程度;隔断土壤盐分上升的通道,抑制土壤EC值的强烈变化,有效减轻盐碱地高盐分地毒害作用;叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率及水分利用效率都较高,而胞间CO2浓度和气孔限制值都较低,隔盐层维持了植株正常的光合作用,促进了绒毛白蜡的生长;从阻盐、脱盐及促进绒毛生长效果上看,炉渣隔盐层处理组(SLIL)>沙子隔盐层处理组(SAIL)>对照(CK)。In order to study the effect of soil improvement with isolated layer to the coastal afforest area,the data of soil moisture,soil salt,soil desalination ratio,the photosynthetic parameters to the afforest area of Fraxinus velutina Torr with isolated layers were tested and analyzed from 2007 to 2010 in this study.The results showed that the changing degrees of soil moisture in heavy rain or drought seasons were slowed down,meanwhile soil salt channel was severed thereby the strong changes of the electrical conduction(EC) was restrained.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs) and water use efficiency(WUE) were higher while the intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) and stomatal limitation(Li) were lower;normal photosynthesis was maintained,consequently,the growth was promoted by isolated layer.The comparative effect is that Slag isolated layer(SLIL)Sand isolated layer(SAIL)control group(CK).This research results could provide meaningful reference for afforestation with large area in coastal saline in the future.
