摘　　要：军团菌病是由军团菌引起的传染病,包括庞蒂亚克热和军团病。该文综述了国内外军团菌病监测系统及管理模式,并比较分析了国内外军团菌病的流行现况,同时探讨国内外军团菌病监测管理的差异。Legionellosis is an infectious disease caused by Legionella, including Pontiac fever and legionnaires＇ disease. In this paper, the surveillance system and management mode of legionellosis in different countries were summarized. The prevalence of legionellosis at home and abroad was analyzed. The tracking source study and emergency measure after legionellosis outbreak or cluster were introduced.
