摘　　要：亭子口水利枢纽高水头深孔弧门采用液压启闭机室预留孔吊装方案,配合卷扬机、滑车组、天锚等吊装就位。在保证工程安全和质量的前提下,成功解决了大坝土建施工与底孔弧门安装进度上的矛盾,实现了大坝土建施工与底孔弧门安装同时进行,节省了施工时间,如期实现底孔过流。The radial gates for the deep outlets with high operating head in Tingzikou Water Control Project are installed through reserved lifting hole in the room of hydraulic headstock gear and by using hoists, block and falls and air anchors coordinately. The contradiction between dam civil construction and radial gate installation is successfully solved, at the same time, the safety and quality of project construction are guaranteed. The installation program of deep outlet radial gates ensures the dam civil construction and radial gate installation being conducted simultaneously, and saves construction time. The bottom outlets are put into operation on schedule.
