摘　　要：从介绍国内针布齿条冲淬卷生产线的关键部件———牵料花轮的质量现状入手 ,分析了牵料花轮的主要质量及其对针布齿条质量的影响 ,提出其质量的关键是合理且均匀的齿形。为确保牵料花轮齿形加工质量 ,对其加工进行了多种技术设计 ,并介绍了制造工艺技术 。Starting with the quality situation of the draw fancy rollers,the key parts of the punch-quench line for clothing wires,analysis is done to the main quality of the fancy rollers and the efflence on the quality of clothing.It is pionted out that quality lies in the reasonable and even teethlayout.For the quality of the teeth of the fancy rollers,many kinds of tech-design is made and some manufacture technique is introduced.
