摘　　要：当前,我国的劳动力正加速老化,这将对经济发展,尤其是产业结构调整产生深远的影响。本文尝试建立对"劳动力年龄—产业"双重结构的定量分析方法,并使用2010年中国家庭动态跟踪调查(CFPS)的相关数据,对劳动力年龄结构与产业结构之间的匹配关系及产业结构调整方案进行初步的探讨。研究表明,劳动力老化在三次产业中普遍发生,且从业人数与其生产率之间存在显著负相关关系。The labor aging problem in China is speeding up nowadays, it will have profound influence on economic development especially the industrial restructuring. This paper try to develop a quantitative analysis method to deal with the labor age-industrial double structure. Using data from Chinese Family Panel Studies 2010, it initial attempt to discuss the degree of congruence and a better way of industrial restructuring. The research shows that the labor aging happens in all three industries, while the amount of work force is insignificantly negatively correlated with their productivity.
