摘 要:太阳能光伏水泵技术已经比较成熟,但其能否大规模推广用于草场灌溉和生态修复,资源和环保领域争议极大,争论的焦点是水资源的可持续利用和相关的技术经济问题。文中基于可持续发展的理念和青海湖太阳能提水灌溉试验区的研究成果,从水资源的视角提出了太阳能光伏水泵提水灌溉修复草场的降水量、地下水埋深、地表水供水距离、微喷灌水质和地表坡度五个方面的要求。相关成果可以为太阳能提水灌溉技术示范区域遴选和技术经济评价提供技术参考,具有实践意义和应用价值。Solar photovohaic water pump technology has been relatively mature. But it is controversial in resource and environmental protection field that whether it could be promoted to large - scale application for pasture irrigation and ecological restoration. The controversy focused on related technical and economic problems. In this paper we put sources based on the concept of sustainable development and the the sustainable utilization of water resources and forward five aspects of requirement of water reQinghai Lake solar water pumping irrigation experiments, including precipitation, level of groundwater, distance of surface water supply, water quality for micro sprinkler irrigation and surface slope limitation. The water resources requirements could be applied in region selection for solar photovoltaic pumping - irrigation demonstration, and also could be used for evaluating the technical and economic indicators for an existing demonstration area. The research results has practical significance and application value for pasture conservation using solar photovoltaic pumping -irrigation system.
