胰岛素眼液及其促吸收剂对兔血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的　本研究主要观察胰岛素眼液及其促吸收剂对兔血糖的影响。方法　不同浓度的胰岛素眼液及其促吸收剂滴入 30只 (30眼 )新西兰白兔眼内 ,然后 ,对其血糖及血浆胰岛素进行测量。结果　胰岛素眼液降低血糖的作用是剂量依赖性的 ,10 g· L- 1的胰岛素降血糖作用与 2 .5 g· L- 1 和 5 g· L- 1 的胰岛素给药组比较 ,具有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;促吸收剂 Tween80可加速胰岛素的吸收 ,尤其是 10 g· L- 1 的 Tween80 ,其促进胰岛素吸收的能力与 5 g· L- 1的 Tween80比较 ,具有显著性的差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　胰岛素眼液及其促吸收剂对于糖尿病病人的临床治疗具有一定的意义。Objective To investigate the effects of insulin eyedrops and its enhancer on the blood glucose in rabbits.Methods Different concentrations of insulin and its enhancer were instilled into the eyes of 30 New Zealand white rabbits, then the blood glucose and plasma insulin were measured at different time.Results The effects of insulin to lower the blood glucose were different depending on its concentration. The reducing effects between 10g·L -1 and 2.5g·L -1 or 5g·L -1 insulin were significantly different ( P <0.05).The enhancer Tween 80 could accelerate the absoption of insulin. Additionally, the effect of 10g·L -1 Tween 80 was significantly higher than that of 5g·L -1 Tween 80( P <0.05). Conclusion Insulin eyedrops and its enhancer can be used to treat diabetes in human by accelerating the absoption of insulin.
