水蛭素预防眼内增生性病变的初步观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨用水蛭素预防眼内增生性病变的效果。方法　建立实验性眼外伤动物模型 ,随机分为实验组和对照 ,在实验组玻璃体腔内注入小剂量水蛭素 (每只眼 10 U ) ,对照组采用空白对照组 ,分别观察 2组 1、3、5、7、14d玻璃体混浊及眼底增殖膜形成情况。结果　实验组 1、3、5 d玻璃体混浊及眼底增殖膜形成明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　水蛭素对眼内增生性病变形成早期有预防作用。Objective To study the effect of hirudin on preventing the formation of proliferative viteoretinopathy(PVR).Methods Experimental animal models of traumatic eyes were built up and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, and small dose of hirudin (10 units per eye) was injected into the eyes in the control group. The formation of vitreous opacity and proliferative membrane of the two groups were observed on the first day ,the third day.the fifth day, the seventh day and the fourteenth day respectively. Results In the experimental group, the formation of vitreous opacity and proliferative membrane were much milder than in the control group on the first, third and fifth day.Conclusion Hirudin can prevent the early formation of proliferative viteoretinopathy.
