摘  要:地铁车辆段内车辆穿行频繁,其上部建筑尤其是高层建筑在列车荷载激励下会产生较大振动,引起居住者的不舒适感。考虑楼板、填充墙、门窗洞口以及活荷载对振动的影响,建立某地铁车辆段大平台结构-上部建筑的精细化有限元模型,并分析计算中阻尼比的取值;不考虑土-结构相互作用,以实测列车入库时线路附近柱底的振动加速度作为输入,采用一致激励法计算上部结构的动力响应;基于ISO 10137和BS 6472-1中的评价方法用MATLAB编制相关计算程序对计算结果进行数据处理和舒适度评价;进而在不满足舒适度要求的情况下提出在道床下铺设弹性道砟胶垫和在柱下承台周围设置粗砂隔振沟的减振方法,并分析其减振效果。结果表明,采取减振措施后,上部建筑振动舒适度超标情况得到较好的控制。研究工作对类似工程的有限元建模、振动舒适度评价和减振设计具有重要的参考价值。The frequently moving subway trains in train depot often cause large vibration of the over-track buildings, especially tall buildings, and lead to the discomfort of the occupants. The sophisticated finite element model of a frame structure built on a large subway platform is established considering the effect of the floors, infilled walls, window and door openings and the live loads on the vibration. The appropriate value of damping ratio is analyzed and determined. The measured train-induced vibration accelerations of the bottom of the columns near the railway lines are used as the vibration input for subsequent computation. The dynamic response of the upper buildings are calculated by the uniform excitation method without considering the soil-structure interaction. Based on the evaluation methods presented by ISO 10137 and BS 6472-1, the vibration serviceability of the building is evaluated with the help of MATLAB programming. Since the serviceability of the building cannot meet the requirements, two kinds of vibration mitigation measures, i.e. laying elastic gasket under the ballast bed and setting coarse sand filled trenches around the pile caps under the columns, are proposed, and the corresponding vibration mitigation effects are analyzed. The results show that the vibration of the building can be effectively controlled by the proposed mitigation measures. The research results can provide reference for the finite element modeling, vibration serviceability evaluation and vibration reduction design of similar engineering structures.
