摘　　要：二硼化锆因具有极强的耐高温、抗热震、抗氧化等性能,受到国内外的广泛关注。但二硼化锆涂层的制备却十分困难,相关研究较少。本文主要介绍了近年来国内外二硼化锆涂层材料的制备技术,分析了各种制备方法所存在的优缺点,并对其将来改进方向做出展望。Domestic and overseas＇ attention has been focused on Zirconium boride, due to its property of thermostability, thermal shock resistance, oxidation resistance. However, the preparation of Zirconium boride coating is hard to realize. This article has focused on the preparation methods by home and abroad, and has analyzed the merit and demeritof different preparation methods, and has look into the distance of the improvement direction.
