摘  要:在水热的条件下,分别以强碱和尿素为沉淀剂合成了纳米镍铝水滑石。运用XRD分析了其晶体结构、SEM观察了其表面形貌,并将其应用于KBH4水解析氢反应中。结果表明:水热法合成的水滑石晶粒具有良好的层状结构、结晶度高、晶型完整,在pH=8时表现出良好的速率和产率,催化寿命也比较长,且尿素法优于强碱法。Using urea and alkali as precipitators,a series of Ni/A1 hydrotalcite were synthesized by hydrothermal methods.The crystal structure and morphology of Ni/A1 hydrotalcite were characterized by XRD and SEM.The Ni/A1 hydrotalcite were applied to the desorption of KBH4. The results indicate that the obtained samples synthesized using two different precipitatiors have the typical layered structure, nice crystal form,good yield rate of H2 and the long catalyst life. Moreover, layered double hydroxides synthesized by homogeneous precipitation through urea hydrolysis is superior to samples using alkali as precipitator.
