摘 要:本论文针对RH精炼炉的具体操作条件,并结合我国丰富的铝土矿资源优势,以刚玉和尖晶石为主要原料,同时添加适量的微粉和高效复合减水剂,探讨了CaTiO3的加入量(0%、2%、4%、6%、8%、10%)对RH精炼炉用无铬浇注料的抗折强度、耐压强度、体积密度、显气孔率、永久线变化率、耐磨性及抗渣性能的影响,结果表明:1)加入4%的CaTiO3能较大提高浇注料的强度和耐磨性;2)随着CaTiO3含量的增加,试样的体积密度略有下降,显气孔率增加,线变化率增大;3)随着CaTiO3加入量的增加,浇注料的抗渣侵蚀能力有所下降,但是当CaTiO3的加入量<4%时,其抗渣性比原来有所提高;4)从浇注料的综合性能来看,CaTiO3的合适的加入量为4%。Based on the operation conditions of RH refining furnace, combining with our rich bauxite resources advantage to corundum and spinel as main raw materials,this paper investigates the influence of different amounts (0%, 2wt%, 4wt%, 6 wt% and 10wt%) of CaTiO3 addition on the cold modulus of rupture (CMOR), cold crushing strength (CCS), bulk density (BD) , apparent porosity, permanent linear change (PLC) , wear resistance and the effect on the properties of slag, and the results show that: 1) adding 4% of CaTiO3 can improved the strength of the castable and wear resistance; 2) with CaTiO3 addition increased, bulk density declined slightly, apparent porosity increased, the line rate increased, 3) as CaTiO3 addition increased, the castable slag erosion capacity declined, but when the addition amount of CaTiO3 〈 4%, the slag resistance than the original were improved. 4) from pouring materials for the comprehensive performance of view, the CaTiO3 addition 4% is best.
