摘 要:研究了水体污染物α-萘酚在表面活性剂修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为,并对十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)在碳糊电极上对α-萘酚测定的增敏机制进行了探讨。建立了CTAB增敏下,利用碳糊电极对水体污染物α-萘酚的电化学测定方法。在pH=5.0的柠檬酸-磷酸氢二钠缓冲液中,α-萘酚在0.470V处出现了一个灵敏的氧化峰,其氧化峰电流与α-萘酚摩尔浓度(1.0×10-5~5.0×10-4 mol/L)之间呈良好的线性关系,检出限为3.0×10-6 mol/L。The surfactant enhanced carbon paste electrode was prepared with cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as sensitizer. Electrochemical behavior of an aquatic containment α-naphthol at surfactant enhanced carbon paste electrode was studied, and the mechanism of sensitizing effect was also investigated. According to the findings, the electrochemical method was built to determine α-naphthol content by CTAB enhanced carbon paste electrode. A sensitive oxidation peak was observed at 0. 470 V in Na2 HPO4-C6 H8 07 buffer (pH= 5.0). The oxidation peak cur- rent had a good linear relationship with α-naphthol in the range of 1.0 × 10-5-5. 0 ×10-4 moi/L, and the lowest detec- tion limit was 3.0× lO-6mol/L.
