半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗H型高血压病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗H型高血压患者的临床疗效。方法:将56例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组26例给予口服依那普利片、硝苯地平缓释片及叶酸片治疗。治疗组30例在口服依那普利片、硝苯地平缓释片降压基础上加用半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗,均治疗4周。观察2组治疗前后的血压、血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)并进行比较。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.67%,对照组为88.46%,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);而治疗组显效率76.67%,对照组的显效率50.00%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组收缩压及舒张压均较治疗前降低,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组,2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后Hcy水平均较治疗前降低,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后血浆Hcy比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤加减配合降压药治疗H型高血压病能增强降压疗效,改善患者症状,并降低血浆Hcy浓度。group was treated with modified Banxia Baizhu Tanma Decoction combined with enalapril tablets and nifedipine sustained-release tablets orally. The treatment of the two groups lasted 4 weeks. The changes of blood pressure and plasma homocysteic acid（Hcy） level were observed in both groups before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 88.46% in the control group, the difference being insignificant（P〉O.05）. The excellence effective rate was 76.67% in the treatment group and 50.00% in control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of two groups were significantly lower（P〈 0.05） and the treatment group＇s pressure was lower than the control group after treatment, the difference being significant （P 〈0.05}, The difference of plasma Hcy was insignificant in two groups after treatment（P〉 0.05）, but significant in both groups than before the treatment （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with hypotensor shows synergistic action on decreasing blood pressure, relieving symptoms and lowering plasma Hcy level of H-type hypertension patients.
