摘 要:目的探讨生物反馈电刺激治疗改善脊髓损伤所致神经源性膀胱的疗效。方法采用生物刺激反馈仪对26例脊髓损伤所致神经源性膀胱患者进行治疗,并于治疗前、治疗后第10天和第20天分别对患者日排尿次数、单次排尿量及残余尿量进行评定。结果 1个疗程治疗结束后,26例患者日排尿次数减少、单次排尿量增加、残余尿量减少,排尿症状与治疗前比较有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激疗法可以显著改善脊髓损伤所致神经源性膀胱患者的排尿功能,提高生活质量。Objeclive To investigate the efficacy of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy on the improvement of the neurogenic blad- der caused by spinal cord injury. Methods A total of 26 patients with neurogenic bladder were treated with biological feedback instrument. The daily frequency of urination,single sub-urine output and residual urine volume before and after 10 days of treatment,20 days of treat- ment, respectively, were recorded and analyzed. Results After a course of treatment, daily frequency of urination and residual urine volume was decreased, and single sub-urine output was increased. Voiding symptoms was improved significantly compared with before treatment (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy can effectively improve voiding function and the quality of life in neurogenic bladder patients caused by spinal cord injury.
