摘 要:三角形布管折流杆换热器是一种有别于传统方形布管折流杆换热器的新形式,其性能评估与算法都没有现成的资料。文中应用CFD软件Fluent进行分段模型的流动与传热研究,将数值模拟的局部流动与传热数据综合整理得到了整体法关联式,经与文中的实验数据和C.C.Gentry提出的实验关联式进行对比,发现方形布管的模拟结果与C.C.Gentry关联式符合良好;三角形布管的模拟结果与本文改进的C.C.Gentry关联式比较,发现传热关联式精度很高,而压力降关联式的平均误差也可以接受。由此提出了三角形布管壳程的折流杆换热器流动与传热设计评估的计算方法。验证还发现,包含E间隙的换热器模型模拟更符合实测数据结果。Shell passage of rod baffle heat exchanger (RBHE) with triangle tube layout is a new type of model different from the traditional shell passage with square tube layout, while there is no available information on its performance evaluation and calculations now. The fluid flow and heat transfer of subsection model were studied by CFD software Fluent, the integral correlation was obtained from the data of local flow and heat transfer simulation. By contrasting the experimental result with the correlation proposed by C. C. Gentry, it shows that the simulation results from square tube layout are consistent with those from C. C. Gentry. An improved C. C. Gentry correlation was proposed to treat shell passage with triangular tube layout, which shows a high accuracy in heat transfer correlation, and the mean error on pressure drop is acceptable. Therefore, a feasible calculation scheme was proposed to design and analyze fluid flow and heat transfer of the shell passage performance on RBHE with triangle tube layout. It also shows that the result of heat exchanger model with E gap conforms to the testing data better.
