摘 要:光卤石是提取镁、氯化钾、氯化镁及制造肥料和盐酸的重要矿物原料。制取金属镁的过程中,光卤石的脱水是一个非常重要的过程,而光卤石脱水装置的设计过程中并无实验数据可供参考。依据前人应用其他设备对光卤石脱水的一些工程数据,采用类比及经验计算的方法设计了年产万t的光卤石脱水系统。选用1台VFB7×0.7、2台VFB6×0.7型振动流化床串联作为脱水设备,由一台热风炉提供450℃热风,与不同量的冷空气混合后送入3台振动流化床中,3区的进气温度分别为300,400,450℃。通过物料衡算与热量衡算,得出了不同温度空气的需要量及每台振动流化床的排气量,为风机的选择提供了依据。这个设计方法可为工业上其他类似的干燥及脱水设备的设计提供参考。Carnallite is a kind of mineral material for extracting magnesium, potassium chloride and magnesium chloride and producing fertilizer and hydrochloric acid. The dehydration of carnallite is very important for making magnesium. A carnallite dehydration system with annual output of 10 000 t was designed by using the similar and experienced calculation methods. Some engineering data in other dehydration equipment were referenced because of lacking experimental data of carnallite dehydration. A vibrated fluidized bed VFB7 × 0.7 and two VFB6 × 0.7 worked in series as dehydrated equipment. A hot blast stove supplied the hot air of 450 ℃, which was sent into the vibrated fluidized bed mixed with cold air. The inlet air temperatures were 300 ℃, 400 ℃, 450 ℃ respectively. According to the mass and heat balance, the volume flows of inlet and outlet air for every vibrated fluidized bed were obtained, and the data were the basis to choose fans. This design method can be used as reference for the design of other similar industrial dryers.
