摘 要:以全展成法加工的摆线齿锥齿轮为研究对象,以获得中部较平坦的高阶传动误差曲线为目标,提出了一种齿廓修形方法,即将刀廓曲线设计为四阶曲线,而不改变切齿过程中产形运动关系,在传统的机械摇台式机床上即可实现齿廓修形。利用优化算法对修形齿面进行了数值计算,并进行了齿面修形数值仿真。在建立摆线齿锥齿轮啮合数学模型的基础上,对修形齿面进行了齿面接触分析。算例分析表明,通过合理选取各阶修形系数可以获得高阶传动误差曲线和所需的齿面接触印痕。与传统的抛物线形状传动误差相比,高阶传动误差曲线幅值小,转换点处两切线夹角大,能有效减少齿轮副在轻载运行下的振动和冲击、降低噪声。Taking epicycloid bevel gear with whole generating method for example, and in order to obtain high-order transmission error with fiat shape in the middle part, the high-order modification on profile was proposed. The blade edge was modified with fourth- order curve, and the generated motions in the process of gear cut- ting were no need to change, and the modification method could be achieved in the traditional cradle-style mechanical machine. The modified flank data was calculated by use of optimization numerical method, and the modified flank was simulated. On the basis of es- tablishing mesh mathematical model of epicycloid bevel gear, tooth contact analysis on modified flank was carried out. The example re- suits demonstrate that high-order transmission error and tooth con- tact area can be obtained by selecting reasonable modification fac- tors. Comparing with traditional transmission error with parabolic shape, the amplitude of high-order transmission error is smaller, and the separation angle of tangent line of transmission errors in the switching point is bigger, and there will reduce vibration and im- pact, and lower noise for gears pair with light load.
