摘 要:重庆市城北污水厂接纳高比例工业废水,运行安全时常受工业有毒有害污染物冲击的影响。针对这一问题,根据收集区工业废水的水质特点,选取pH值和电导率为在线监控预警指标,在污水厂控制中心建立相应的抗工业污染物冲击调控规程,通过自控系统指导厂内构筑物的工况调控,从而建成了城北污水厂抗工业废水冲击的联动调控系统示范工程,并取得了良好效果。对该联动调控系统示范工程的设计目的、系统组成、技术核心、工作特点以及运行效果进行了介绍,以期为其他接纳高比例工业废水污水厂的安全运行调控提供一定的借鉴。Chongqing Chengbei WWTP receives very high proportion of industrial wastewater and its performance was usually affected by industrial toxic and harmful pollutants. To address this problem, an industrial wastewater shock control system was developed. According to the characteristics of industrial wastewater in the collection area, pH and conductivity were chosen as on-line monitoring and warning indicators. A regulation software system was developed to control the operation of treatment units. The performance of the industrial wastewater shock control system was very good. The industrial wastewater shock control system including its design purpose, system component, technical key points, operation characteristics and performance were presented to provide a reference for other wastewater treatment plants receiving high proportions of industrial wastewater.
