摘 要:分别针对高藻水和低藻水进行过滤试验,所用陶瓷膜的孔径分别为200和50nm,操作压力分别为0.1、0.2和0.3MPa,研究了新型陶瓷膜在不同孔径和操作压力下对藻细胞及叶绿素a的去除效果。结果表明,无论是高藻水还是低藻水,藻细胞都能得到完全去除,对叶绿素a的平均去除率约为96%。采用陶瓷膜过滤对浊度的去除效果良好,出水浊度稳定在0.12NTU以下;对CODMn的去除率为10%~20%。原水藻类含量会显著影响陶瓷膜单独过滤的通量,投加一定浓度的次氯酸钠则能控制膜污染、改善膜通量。预加氯和陶瓷膜过滤组合工艺更加适合实际情况,具有良好的应用前景。An experimental study was conducted using ceramic membrane filtration to remove algae and chlorophyll-a from water. High algae water and low algae water were tested using membranes with two pore sizes of 200 nm and 50 nm under three operation pressures of 0.1 MPa, 0.2 MPa and 0.3 MPa. The results showed that for both high algae water and low algae water, the algae could be completely removed with ceramic membrane filtration, and the average removal rate of chlorophyll-a was 96%. Turbidity could be effectively removed to below 0.12 NTU, and the removal rate of CODMn ranged from 10% to 20%. The algae content could seriously affect the membrane flux, but appropriate addition of sodium hypochlorite could control the membrane fouling and improve the membrane flux. Combination of pre-chlo- rination with ceramic membrane filtration may be suitable for practical needs.
