摘 要:在负载高密度聚乙烯填料的生物滴滤床中进行含硫化氢气体的产物形态研究。结果表明,硫化氢在生物滴滤床内部发生的是化学反应和生物降解的联合过程,在这一过程中,喷淋量和气体停留时间(GRT)对产物形态具有重要影响,当喷淋量<5 L/h时,产物形态以硫酸根为主,而当喷淋量>15 L/h时,最终产物硫酸根重新转化为中间产物亚硫酸根;GRT<12 s会导致填料表面积累硫聚物,GRT>22 s则将降低反应器的最大去除能力(EC max);入口硫化氢浓度<200mg/m3时,长期运行将降低反应器的EC max,而入口硫化氢浓度>230 mg/m3将导致填料表面积累硫聚物。Product form of gas containing hydrogen sulfide in biotrickling bed loaded with highdensity polythene carriers was studied. The results showed that degradation of hydrogen sulfide was a joint process of chemical and biological reactions, in which trickling quantity (TQ) and gas retention time (GRT) had important influence on product form. When TQ was less than 5 L/h, the product form was mainly composed of sulfate; when TQ was more than 15 L/h, the end product sulfate was converted to middle-product sulfite; when GRT was less than 12 s, Sx was accumulated on the surface of carrier. However, when GRT was more than 22 s, the maximum elimination capacity (ECmax) of bioreactor was reduced. When the inlet concentration of hydrogen sulfide was less than 200 mg/m3, the ECmax of bioreactor was reduced. When the inlet concentration of hydrogen sulfide was more than 230 mg/m3 , Sx was accumulated on the surface of carrier.
