摘 要:在常温条件下,采用厌氧氨氧化(ANAMMOX)生物滤池处理低氨氮生活污水,考察了不同水力负荷下ANAMMOX菌的脱氮性能。结果表明:厌氧氨氧化生物滤池对水力负荷具有一定的耐受性;当水力负荷<7.93 m3/(m2·d)时,生物滤池的脱氮效果并没有受到影响;在水力负荷增至8.92 m3/(m2·d)以及短暂水力负荷冲击[最大水力负荷冲击达到14.9 m3/(m2·d)]的联合影响下,脱氮效果出现短暂降低后又得到恢复;而当水力负荷>9.91 m3/(m2·d)时将导致脱氮效果持续恶化。ΔpH值不仅会受到水力负荷的影响,在一定程度上还受到ANAMMOX菌数量和活性的影响。ANAMMOX biofilter was used to treat low ammonia domestic sewage at room temperature, and the effect of different hydraulic loadings on the nitrogen removal efficiency was investigated. The results showed that the ANAMMOX biofilter had a particular tolerance to hydraulic loading. When the hydraulic loading was less than 7.93 m3/( m2 . d) , the nitrogen removal efficiency was not affected. At a hydraulic loading of 8.92 m3/(m2 . d) and in combination with short-term hydraulic shock loading [ maximum of 14.9 m3/( m2 . d) 1, the nitrogen removal efficiency was first reduced and then quickly recovered. When the hydraulic loading was greater than 9.91 m3/(m2 . d) , the nitrogen removal efficiency was deteriorated continuously. Moreover, △pH was affected by not only the hydraulic loading, but also ANAMMOX number and activity.
