摘 要:从净水污泥中回收铝盐混凝剂,并将其用于印染废水的处理中。中试结果表明,当回收混凝剂的投加量为20 mg/L时,经混凝沉淀处理后,对印染废水中COD、色度和SS的平均去除率分别可达到37.46%、72.97%和86.10%,且出水B/C值可由原来的0.27增至0.37,明显改善了印染废水的可生化性,减轻了后续生化段的有机负荷;回收混凝剂呈酸性,因此无需在调节池加酸,即可对印染废水的碱性起到中和作用;与聚合氯化铝(PAC)商品相比,采用回收混凝剂可使整个工艺的HRT缩短12 h,且其出水水质更好,可满足排放要求。Aluminum salt coagulant was recovered from water treatment sludge and used to treat printing and dyeing wastewater. The pilot-scale results showed that after coagulation and sedimentation with the recovered coagulant dosage of 20 mg/L, the average removal rates of COD, color and SS were 37.46%, 72.97% and 86.10% respectively. The effluent B/C ratio was increased from 0.27 to 0.37. The biodegradability of printing and dyeing wastewater was improved, and the organic loading in subsequent biochemical stage was reduced. Because the recovered coagulant was acidic, it was not necessary to add acid to the equalization tank, and the alkalinity of printing and dyeing wastewater was neutralized. Compared with polyaluminum chloride (PAC), the recovered coagulant could shorten the HRT by 12 h, and the effluent quality was excellent, meeting the discharge standard.
