胎鼠血清胰岛素样生长因子水平与宫内发育的相关性研究

摘　　要：为探讨血清胰岛素样生长因子（IGFs）与胎儿宫内发育的关系，对21只胎鼠出生时的血清IGF-Ⅰ，-Ⅱ水平进行检测，并分别与出生体重、身长及脑、肺、肝组织重量进行相关性分析。结果：血清IGF-Ⅰ，-Ⅱ水平与出生体重、身长、脑、肺、肝组织重量均呈正相关，（P均<0.01）。提示：IGF-Ⅰ，-Ⅱ对胎儿宫内发育有重要作用，其水平的降低可能与宫内发育迟缓有重要关系。This animal experiment was designed to investigate the relationship of the serum insulinlike growth factors (IGFs) with fetal intrau terine growth. The serum concentrations of IGF-Ⅰ,-Ⅱ in 21 fetal rats were measuerd and their re lationships with fetal birth weight, length and tissue weights of brain, lung, live r were analysed respecively. The results showed that both of the serum concentra tions of IGF-Ⅰ,-Ⅱ were positively correlated (P<0.01) with fetal birth w eight, length and tissue weights of brain, lung, liver respectively. These data suggest that both IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ may play an important role in fetal intrauterin g rowth and their decreased concentrations in serum may be factors contributing to fe tal intrauterine growth retardation.
