仿制药公司对噻吩吡啶类抗血栓药物的专利战略研究

摘　　要：心血管疾病已严重危害人类健康,噻吩吡啶类血小板抑制剂的研究已成为心血管疾病治疗的热点。本文从噻吩吡啶类药物的申请大户赛诺菲公司入手,对赛诺菲公司的专利布局和仿制药公司对抗赛诺菲专利壁垒的战略进行分析,为国内的制药企业制定专利战略提供参考。At present, cardiovascular disease has seriously jeopardized the health of mankind, and the study of thienopyridine antiplatelet agents has become the focus of the treatment of cardiovascular disease. In this article, taking Sanofi, a main applicant of thienopyridine patents, as the example, we reviewed and analyzed the patent portfolio of Sanofi and Countermeasures of Biosimilars against Sanofi＇s patent barriers. This will provide the sake of offering consult to the domestic pharmaceutical enterprises on patent countermeasures.
