缓控释给药系统在中药微丸中的应用

摘　　要：目的:阐述近年来缓控释给药系统的发展及在中药微丸中的应用。方法:查阅相关文献,并对其进行分析、归纳、总结。结果与结论:将缓控释给药系统应用于中药微丸研制的各类缓控释中药微丸能充分发挥微丸多单元给药体系的优势,具有很好的开发价值。Objective： To review the development of sustained-release and controlled-release delivery sys- tem and its application in Chinese medicine pellets in recent years. Methods： Relevant literatures were referred to and analyzed to draw a coclusion. Result and Conclusion： It takes advantage of sustained-release and controlled- release delivery system in Chinese medicine micropills to develop all kinds of Chinese medicine sustained-release and controlled-release delivery micropills, which give full play to the advantages of multiple-unit drug delivery sys- tem and have a very good value for development.
