现代光度分析法测定痕量镉的研究与应用

摘　　要：对现代光度分析法,主要是普通光度法、胶束增溶分光光度法、固相光度法、催化光度法、流动注射光度法、荧光光度法等测定环境中痕量镉的研究进展作综述。An analytical method for separation and determination of mixture of metalaxyl and dimethomorph by GC with DB-1 capillary column and FID detector, dipentyl phthalate as inter- nal standard was described in this paper. The results showed that the standard deviations for metalaxyl and dimethomorphy were 0.02, 0.03; the coefficients of variation were 0.25%, 0.14%; the average recoveries were 99.07%, 99.05%; the linear correlations were 0.999 9, 0.999 9 respectively.
