摘　　要：为提高公租房户型的使用舒适性和对将来变化发展的适应性,分析了不同使用人群的需求,前瞻了家居科技发展的方向,选取《北京市公共租赁住房标准设计图集(一)》中的平面进行分析和再优化。In order to improve the comfort of public house type and the adaptability to future change and development, this paper analyzed the needs of different people, prospected the trend of home furnishing science and technology development, selection of Beijing Public Rental Housing Standards Design Atlas made analysis and re-optimization.
