摘　　要：针对多高层建筑物结构竖向刚度突变的问题,对高层建筑结构进行了设计分析,得出可通过层高高的楼层增设剪力墙,层高低的楼层减少剪力墙或减小柱断面调节竖向刚度的结论。According to the vertical stiffness mutation of some high-rise buildings, the paper undertakes the design analysis of the high-rise buildings＇ structure, and concludes the vertical stiffness can be adjusted by adding shearing walls for stories with tall story height and reducing shearing wall or column cross sections for stories with lower story height.
