摘　　要：目的 :筛选药效好、副作用小的抗运动病药物。方法 :通过文献资料分析 ,选取脑益嗪和多潘立酮、异丙嗪和麻黄素、茶苯海明与苯丙胺和生姜联合用药 ,以及盐酸苯环壬脂等 4组药物 ,以乳糖为安慰剂 ,用 Coriolis加速度耐力评价药效 ,用副作用症状、体征发生率评价副作用表现 ,用神经行为评价系统测试副作用对工作能力的影响。结果 :脑益嗪和多潘立酮联合用药的加速度耐力与异丙嗪和麻黄素联合用药相比无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但显著高于其他各组 (P<0 .0 5 )。异丙嗪和麻黄素联合用药的副作用 (嗜睡、头昏、疲乏、口干和心悸 )发生率高于其他各组 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 )。神经行为测试各指标的组间均无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 :脑益嗪和多潘立酮联合用药的药效好 ,未发现副作用表现及对工作能力的影响。Objective: To select anti motion sickness drugs with good efficacy and less side effects. Methods: Cinnarizine with domperidone, promethazine with ephedrine, dimenhydrinate plus amfetamine with ginger and phecynonate hydrochloride were chosen by reviewing journal articles. The placebo was lactose. Coriolis acceleration tolerance was used to evaluate the efficacy of drugs. The incidences of symptoms and signs, and the neurobehavioral evaluation system were used to evaluate side effects and the effect on performance respectively. Results: Coriolis acceleration tolerance of the cinnarizine with domperidone was not significantly different from that of the promethazine with ephedrine ( P >0.05), but significantly higher than those of others ( P <0.05). The incidences of side effects (drowsy, dizzy, fatigue, dry mouth and palpitation) were significantly higher ( P <0.05 or P <0.01 ) in the combination of promethazine with ephedrine than in others. The results of neurobehavioral test were not significantly different ( P >0.05) among all groups. Conclusion: The combination of cinnarizine with domperidone has good efficacy, no notable symptoms and signs of side effects, and no loss of operational proficiency. [
