参芪扶正注射液对肺癌小鼠化疗后免疫功能调节的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参芪扶正注射液对肺癌小鼠化疗后免疫功能调节的影响。方法选取20只健康纯系BALB/c雄性小鼠,采用简单随机法分为实验组和对照组各10只,自接种后第14天使用注射用顺铂3 mg/(kg.d)连续腹腔注射7 d,建立肺癌小鼠化疗后动物模型。实验组给予参芪扶正注射液60 mL/(kg.d)腹腔注射给药,对照组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液60 mL/(kg.d)腹腔注射,疗程为10 d。末次给药后24 h检测胸腺指数、脾脏指数,脾淋巴细胞中T细胞亚群、B淋巴细胞、脾淋巴细胞膜、CD3+CD25+百分率及脾淋巴细胞转化能力。结果实验组小鼠脾脏指数、脾CD3+、CD3+CD4+CD8-诱导的脾淋巴细胞比对照组均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液可提高肺癌小鼠化疗后机体免疫功能。Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi-fuzheng injection on immune function of lung cancer mice after chemotherapy.Methods The lung cancer mice chemotherapy model was established by abdominal cavity injection of DDP with a dose of 3 mg /（kg.d） for 7 days,these mice were randomized into 2 groups,mice in experimental group were given Shengqi-FuZheng injectionon of 60 mL /（Kg.d） for 10 successive days,and those in control group were given saline of 60 mL /（Kg.d）,then the index of thymus and spleen were observed by the changes of the weight,and transformation capacity of spleen lymphocyte was measured by the MTT method,and the percentage of T subgroup,B subgroup,cell membrane of spleen lymphocyte CD3＋ CD25＋ were analyzed 24h after the last administration of the medication.Results The weight of spleen,and the spleen CD3＋,CD3＋ CD4＋ CD8-induced lymphocyte were significantly increased in the experimental group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Shengqi-fuzheng injection could improve the immune function of lung cancer mice after chemotherapy.
