摘　　要：本文从影子银行的概念与界定入手,分析了中国影子银行产生的直接原因和发展的深层次原因,认为应从国内外影子银行的双重功能与作用的角度出发,正确看待当前影子银行的利与弊。在此基础上,本文着重对如何趋利避害,引导影子银行发挥促进经济发展的正面作用提出政策建议。Started with the conception and recognition of shadow banking, this paper analyzes the direct causes of China＇s shadow banking system＇s emergence and the deeper causes of its development. The paper argues that it should put shadow banking system＇s advantages and disadvantages from the angle of the dual functions and effects of domestic and internatinnal shadow banking systems. Based on that, the paper provides political suggestions on guiding the shadow banking system to play a positive role to promote economic development in a benefit-tending and harm-avoiding way.
