摘  要:目的 :了解腹部开放性损伤的大鼠经海水浸泡不同时间后机体体液代谢的变化。方法 :观察雄性 Wistar大鼠腹部开放性损伤条件下 ,经海水浸泡不同时间后大鼠血浆的水、电解质、酸碱平衡 ,晶体渗透浓度 ,红细胞体积分数及血红蛋白含量等的变化 ,并设单纯腹部开放性损伤组及生理盐水浸泡组作为对照。 结果 :与单纯腹部开放性损伤组及生理盐水浸泡组相比 ,高渗海水进入腹腔后 1h,大鼠血浆 Na+ ,K+ ,Cl- 浓度即显著升高 ,HCO3- 浓度显著下降 ,阴离子间隙明显扩大 ,血浆晶体渗透浓度、红细胞体积分数及血红蛋白含量也明显增加 ;且随浸泡时间的延长 ,大鼠体内高钠、高钾、高氯血症 ,血液浓缩及酸中毒程度愈加严重 ,在浸泡后 2~ 3h达峰值。结论 :海水浸泡腹部开放性损伤与单纯腹部开放性损伤的病理生理学变化有明显不同 ,经海水浸泡的时间愈长 ,上述变化愈严重 ,对机体的危害性愈大。Objective: To study the changes of body liquid metabolism and pathology during open abdominal wound immersed with seawater in different period. Methods: Animal model was made with male Wistar rat. The changes of serum Na +, K +, Cl -, HCO 3 -, AG, Hb concentration, HCV and crystal osmotic pressure were observed when the open abdominal wound was immersed with water and seawater. Rats with only open wound were taken as controls.Results: The hypersodiumia, hyperchloremia, hyperpotassiumia, blood condensation and metabolic acidosis occured after abdominal cavity was immersed by hyperosmotic seawater. Conclusion: The difference between seawater immersion wound and abdominal wound in the body liquid metabolism and pathological changes is obvious. The body damage is more serious when open abdominal wound immersed in the seawater. The longer the immersing time the higher the damage degree. [
