摘　　要：在建设和平的发展趋势和背景下，国际警察维和正日益显示出其重要作用，但同时也存在职责不清、培训不力、指导能力不强、专业人员不足等问题，需要构建立体课程，加强队伍建设，密切伙伴关系，实现教研一体，提高女警比例。创新派遣模式。Under the trends and background of peace - building, international police peacekeeping is increasingly exerting its influence. However, there are also some problems such as unclear responsibilities, inadequate training, weak mentoring, lack of professional personnel, etc. This paper concludes and provides the suggestions on building three - dimensional courses, strengthen team - building, close partnership, fulfill the combination of teaching and researching, raise the proportion of female police officers, deployment patter innovation, etc.
